set to release
Alberta’s most prolific traditional rock & roll band sets to release
their hardest hitting album to date
Confusionaires are a world-class rock & roll band that are constantly pushing the boundaries of what rockabilly and country music can be. Hailing from Edmonton, Canada, the trio of musicians has built a sound that’s synonymous with the hardest-hitting and country and rockabilly acts around with sound that stands on it’s own. Appealing to both purists and the rebels, the sound of Confusionaires transcends generational boundaries, filling dancefloors with fans from age 8 to 80.
Since the inception of Confusionaires in 2017, the trio have focused heavily on live performances throughout Western Canada, earning their place as both festival darlings and as a must-see live act. Their impact has led to the successful release of 2 full-length albums and 2 E.P.’s – Now they are gearing up for their third and most ambitious album to date: Westernization.
With this new collection of songs, Confusionaires; under the guidance of their new manager Jessi Toms (Muse Canada Inc.), are building a campaign to bring this new crop of thoughtful and hard-hitting songs to the people who need them most – the people that believe that music should be fun, meaningful, and have a little dirt under it’s fingernails.
*** The limited vinyl release of Westernization features reverse board printed jackets, a printed inner sleeve and transparent ‘coke bottle green’ vinyl and the first Canadian pressing is limited to 200 copies.
